Our program combines intense cardio, total body toning, deep stretching and detoxification into a powerful program to achieve maximum results. Each regimen is choreographed weekly and designed to focus on the small, and often ignored, muscle groups critical to building a toned yet feminine physique. Our classes change regularly to incorporate innovative props, new movements and rotations in an effort to keep your muscles confused and the positive results coming. In Barre Bee Fit's intense group classes, our skilled instructors are devoted to encouraging and pushing you to your limit.

THE BARRE BEE FIT CLASSES.

Barre Bee

The original BBF class is a 60-minute full-body workout, targeting the arms, abs, thighs, and seat. It incorporates small isometric movements, heavy repetition, and deep stretches in order to lengthen and shape muscles. Each class uses different props to aid in resistance and stretching.

Barre Burn

Barre Burn is also a 60-minute full-body workout that focuses on the arms, abs, thighs, and seat. The spin? It's held in a 95-degree room. The heat aids in detoxifying the body and warming muscles to deepen stretching and focus on the lengthening of new muscle mass.

Bardio

This 45-minute Tabata-style class is a pure cardio workout. It consists of six exercises. Each exercise is done four times in 30-second intervals, with a 15-second recovery period after each interval; the six-exercise cycle is repeated twice. Bardio not only spikes the metabolism, it also creates an afterburn effect so that you burn more calories throughout the day.

Bardio Barre

This 60-minute combination of Bardio Interval and Barre Bee is truly the best of both worlds! A cardio-dance sequence consisting of six moves is repeated throughout the class, with toning sections for the arms, abs, and seat peppered in between. Be prepared to sweat, get toned, and have fun!

Barre Brawl

This BBF spin on cardio kickboxing is a high-energy knockout of a workout! Toning sections for the arms, abs, seat, and thighs are interspersed with the cardio kickboxing to get you ultimate results. You have the option of wearing wrist weights during this 60-minute class, which you will certainly feel after sequences of punches and kicks.

Baryasa

BBF's take on yoga is done in our heated room and designed to tone, strengthen, and restore. This 60-minute class consists of a series of vinyasa flows, as well as other poses and static holds to give your muscles the deep stretch they need.
